Peter is an experienced psychotherapist, Counsellor, Life Coach, Sports Performance Psychologist, Mentor, Talking Therapist, and Walking Therapist.
This includes adolescents, adults and couples, working with Anxiety, Relationships, Panic Attacks, Addiction, Overthinking, OCD, Depression, Stress, Confidence and Self-image, and Loss and Endings. His knowledge and experience also extend to working with high-profile Executives, Business Owners, and Elite Athletes, supporting their careers and important events, Mentoring, Life Coaching, injuries and transition.
Further Professional Experience
Peter also works with the Professional Footballers Association and the charity Sporting Chance with professional athletes on a one-to-one basis and delivers workshops on Mental Health, Confidence and Self-image, Leadership, Teamwork, Pressure and Lifestyle.
He works in schools with young adults and a local charity with vulnerable adults.
After completing my Psychology degree at Bournemouth University, I am a qualified psychologist with ISA Sports and Wellbeing.
I have enhanced my skills and knowledge by spending three months in Sri Lanka with their government mental health teams and hospitals; I have also worked within HM Prisons with the psychiatric teams supporting their work with inmates and within private healthcare.
